Zensar supports colleges with a hands-on training program curriculum and practical lab practices, performance-based training and testing. The centre increases the employ ability and skill level of the students.
Zensar ESD training program promotes special education and employment enhancing skills (hereinafter referred to as “Programme”) among students undergoing graduation courses in engineering or any other discipline so as to attain them a level as expected by the IT industry to perform the job on joining the company.
Deliverables and Benefits from Zensar
Courseware : Zensar provides courseware to the students. Arrange faculties to impart Technical as well as soft skill training to the students.
Professional trainers : Zensar provide professional trainers to train the students so as to give them exposure on core software skills and thereby improve their basic concepts through real-time case studies and assignments in technologies viz Java, .NET, SQL, Testing, IM, Agile, Cloud, Mobility etc. OR any other specific technology/methodology as per the latest industry trends, such as DevOps, IoT, Cloud Computing, Robotics Process Automation, Design Thinking, etc.
Additional Programs: Impart training to the students through a mix of virtual, eLearning and physical classroom setup as per the program design.
Periodic evaluations: Conduct periodic evaluations at various phases of the program as decided by RPGF and provide feedback to the participating students of ZCOER.
Certificates: Zensar provides certificates to each participating student on successful completion of the Programme.
Faculty Training Program : Zensar arranges few training programs for faculty members as a part of capacity building of colleges.
Internship & Placement: Zensar will extend all possible help to the placement wing of the Academy for Internship & Placement to certified participants.
