Introduction:
Managers’ skill strategies are essential approaches that define how leaders guide their teams to success. These strategies can vary based on leadership style and context, often falling into three categories: lenient, strict, or a mix of both. Each approach leverages specific skills to address team dynamics, goals, and challenges effectively.
Outcomes:
Entire class understood the practical application of some of the IP Skills like communication, leadership qualities , active listening and team work also understood how managers use different strategies to increase the performance of the team.
