An interactive, activity-based session on IP Skills (Communication) was successfully organized for the F.Y B. Tech Students of the Electrical Department college. This event aimed to inspire creativity, foster innovation, and enhance teamwork skills among students by providing them with opportunities to work on real-world problems.

Introduction:
Learning with the help of activities. Communication is very important. There are three categories in 1st category we see one on one communication and in 2nd category one communicated with 2nd, and communicates with 3rd and so on. thus, there is miscommunication listening.
In both the above categories communication, leadership qualities, active listening come into picture.
In 3rd category there is debate of Indian and western culture where apart from leadership, active listening, teamwork also come in this activity. This activity was done in front of the class activity.
Objectives:
1 Information sharing:- To convey clear, accurate, and relevant information to the audience.

2 Understanding and clarity:- To ensure that the message is understood correctly and without ambiguity.

Communication Tools: Students utilized various tools such as emails, posters, social media, and verbal announcements to share information effectively.
2. Communication Tasks
Students were divided into teams, with each group responsible for handling different aspects of communication for college activities. The specific tasks included:
Event Announcements: Teams prepared posters, emails, and social media posts to inform students about upcoming events.
Group Discussions: Organizers facilitated discussions through in-person meetings and online platforms to ensure smooth coordination.
Feedback Collection: Surveys and feedback forms were distributed to assess the effectiveness of communication and improve future strategies.
Conclusion:-
