As a part of industrial visit of Pune University curriculum for the subject, Engineering Materials & Metallurgy, We had successfully visited Auto cluster Chinchwad Pune on 24th Sep 2024 This was good opportunity for the students to interact with industrial experts and understanding the practical knowledge of engineering. The students studied various testing methods for non-metals and gained an understanding of the processes involved in manufacturing components from polymer and rubber materials. The students be aware of various advanced machines used in industry. Total Sixty (64) second year students (SE A) were presents for this visit.
This industrial visit was very useful for the students and teachers from knowledge point of view. The details of Outcomes of visit are as follows.
