Introduction

The expert session on Soft Skills and Company Etiquettes was organized for all Second Year Engineering (IT Department) students of Divisions A, B, and C. The primary aim of the session was to develop essential interpersonal and professional skills among students, preparing them for future workplace environments. Soft skills, such as communication, teamwork, adaptability, and leadership, are crucial to succeed in modern industry settings. Ms. Manasi Raka shared insights on how professional etiquette, presentation, and effective communication form the foundation of a successful corporate career.
