The Computer Engineering Department of Zeal College of Engineering and Research successfully conducted an Alumni Interaction Session titled “Placement Talk and Insights on Emerging Technology” on August 22, 2026. The session was organized for Second Year B.Tech Computer Engineering students.
The session featured Mr. Anuj Bankar, alumnus of the Computer Engineering Department, Batch 2025–2026, currently working as a Software Engineer Trainee at Yardi Software India Pvt. Ltd., Pune. The interaction focused on providing students with practical insights into career opportunities in the IT industry, placement preparation, emerging technologies, Java development, React frameworks, and startup opportunities.
The primary objective of the session was to help students understand current industry expectations and the skills required to build a successful career in the IT sector. The alumnus emphasized the importance of developing strong technical foundations, gaining hands-on experience through internships and projects, contributing to open-source platforms, and continuously upgrading technical knowledge through certifications and self-learning.
