ETHOS Esports Showdown – BGMI Tournament

ETHOS, the technical student association of the institute, successfully organized an Esports event titled “ETHOS Esports Showdown – BGMI Tournament” to promote team spirit, strategic thinking, and competitive gaming among students. The event was conducted on 30th September 2025 (Tuesday) at the E&TC Engineering Department, 4th Floor, C Building.

The tournament was based on Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) and witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across various departments. The event aimed to provide a platform for students to showcase their gaming skills, coordination, and tactical decision-making abilities in a competitive yet healthy environment.

The tournament was organized in squad format, with an entry fee of ₹150 per squad. ETHOS announced an attractive prize pool of up to ₹5000, which motivated teams to participate with high enthusiasm. The registration process was smooth and efficient, facilitated through a QR code-based registration system, ensuring easy access for participants.

The event was well-coordinated by ETHOS members, with proper scheduling and fair play guidelines maintained throughout the tournament. Faculty members and student volunteers supervised the matches to ensure discipline and transparency. The competitive atmosphere, combined with sportsmanship, made the event engaging and enjoyable for both participants and spectators.

The success of the tournament was made possible through the dedicated efforts of the organizing team and coordinators. Tejas Pawar and Sarvesh Vadagave efficiently managed communication and coordination, ensuring smooth execution of the event.
