Zeal College of Engineering and Research has collaboration with ICT Academy for skill development of students. ICT is an initiative of the Government of India in collaboration with the state Governments and Industries. ICT Academy is a not-for-profit society, the first of its kind pioneer venture under the Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) model that endeavours to train the higher education teachers and students thereby exercises on developing the next generation teachers and industry ready students. In the last 10 years, ICT Academy has strived on every aspect to provide a holistic service to every stakeholder of the education ecosystem in developing the next generation of talent pool in India to make them industry ready employees, innovators, entrepreneurs and leaders.

Services offered by ICT Academy
Faculty Development Program: ICT academy has evolved a framework for course development, faculty training and student training. The framework has been made with focus in making the transmission of knowledge from the faculty to students, highly effective with all the tools associated with the same. ICT academy training framework is developed with student training followed by assessment and certification.
Skill Development Courses
Publication: ICT Academy Promotes Research And Publication As One Of Its Major Pillar Through Journals. Journals Are Peer-Reviewed International Journals Published Quarterly.
Bridge: Bridge conference, a unique initiative of ICT Academy aims to bridge the industry – academia gap. Bridge® is a platform for all the stakeholders to discuss on improving the industry-institute interaction primarily on the key issues that includes the role of technology, innovation, applied research, entrepreneurship, future virtual world, curriculum change, industry expectations, skill development etc. It is an opportunity for both industrialists and academicians to share their thoughts, ideas and ways for preparing academic campuses to deliver high value industry relevant output.
Youth Contests: YOUTH Contest is a student competition devoted to bring out inspiring ideas among students in the colleges in form of talks, presentations, writing and other unique talents. Through these contest students from various disciplines participate and exhibit their powerful communication skills, presentation skills and drive their ideas to inspire the youth community across the nation. Under this initiatives, the various contests conducted so far are Youth Talk, Youth Present, Photo Contest and Youth Article Contest.
Power Seminar: POWER SEMINAR is a series of half- day seminar, featuring multiple tracks with noted speakers offered at several locations on highly technical issues or to teach the fundamentals of a specific application to pre-final / final year engineering / Arts & Science graduate students across the Tamil Nadu. At each seminar, expert speakers will give an informal talk about the research cum latest development happening in the field, which has direct cum indirect impact on the business. This will be followed by activities of questions/suggestions/brainstorming.
